Service agreement & terms.

Thank you for choosing Fresh Paws. Our mission is to keep your yard clean, fresh, and worry-free. This agreement ensures clear expectations and our commitment to your satisfaction.
Our promise
"We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we'll return at no cost."
Our goal is simple: reliable service, clear communication, no surprises.
i. Service & scheduling
- Services are performed on the schedule you choose at sign-up.
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for skips or reschedules.
- Holidays or severe weather may shift service days; we'll notify you.
ii. Gate & dog policy
- Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided at time of service.
- If we cannot access your yard, service will still be billed.
- Dogs must be secured indoors or away from the service area during visits.
iii. Billing & payment
- Services are billed monthly in advance to the card on file.
- Missed visits due to Fresh Paws error will be credited.
- Missed visits due to locked gates, unsecured dogs, or obstructed yards will not be credited.
- Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
iv. Cancellation policy
- Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
- No refunds for partial months.
- Fresh Paws may pause or terminate service due to unsafe conditions, repeated non-payment, or policy violations.
v. Customer responsibilities
- Maintain grass and yard conditions for effective waste removal.
- Notify us of new pets, hazards, or gate/access code changes.
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to your yard.
vi. Liability & waiver
- Fresh Paws is not responsible for illness, injury, or disease related to pet waste.
- We are not liable for missed waste hidden by tall grass, leaves, or other obstructions.
- Customer agrees to hold Fresh Paws harmless for minor lawn or landscaping wear.
vii. Terms
- This agreement is binding upon sign-up and continues until canceled by either party.
- Fresh Paws may update terms with notice.
